I’m curious how you do a $1.50 deposit on the huggies to Upromise. I’m new to upromise and don’t really understand it. Walgreens also had a $2 off pullups printable coupon on their website you could pair with the manufacturers coupon.

Where is the Walgreen’s Children’s Activity Booklet? Do you purchase them? or are they at the door?
Thanks
Laura
I’ve heard there is also a $1/1 Huggies Walgreen’s coupon in the Walgreen’s Children’s Activity Booklet… not able to verify this, though, as I have not been able to find this booklet.

The children’s acitivity coloring book with a page of coupons can be found by the pharmacy for .99. I’ve also heard that its been on clearence in some stores here in the Chicago area. You may want to check by baby stuff or by the children’s books. The coupons don’t expire until next spring. And yes there is a $1 off Huggies coupon. Hope that helps. I am curious about how the upromise works at Walgreens. I see how it works if you buy online but what about the store. Thanks, joan

I had to ask at the Pharmacy to get my Children’s Activity Book. They had to hunt around for them and finally found them. They did not charge me.

I’ve noticed at a few stores that the Coloring book has been moved to the center seasonal aisle with a bunch of halloween coloring books. Wierd, but true. (Chicago area too.)

Didn’t know about the Activity Booklet. Thanks for the tip :D

My Upromise account doesn’t list Walgreens as a place I can redeem my e-coupons — so I guess it won’t apply to this purchase. It requires me to have a frequent saver card in order for the e-coupon to apply, and as far as I know Walgreens doesn’t have those. Maybe it is unique to my area (WI) … what areas does it work in?
Lauren
Someone had posted earlier about Vaseline being Unilever and Skippy/Ragu being Unilever. You can roll these two. Don’t understand why, elsewhere they mentioned it was because they were for different amounts and therefor not the same deal. Anyways, I tried it and works both ways ;)

Has anybody tried using the $2.00/1 Huggies pullup q from Wallgreens website with the manufactor q. Just curiouse to know if it works before I try.
Laura
Stefanie – Upromise eCoupons will never work at Walgreens. Upromise eCoupons only work when they are loaded onto grocery rewards cards (such as a CVS card) that are registered through your Upromise account. This works the same as the coupons you load via Cellfire or Shortcuts. This video might help explain it better:
https://lty.s.upromise.com/member/videos/ecouponFlash.do
According to the Upromise eCoupon website, there are only 6 grocery store cards listed for my area: CVS, Brookshires, Kroger, Tom Thumb, NetGrocer, and Albertsons (although Albertsons discontinued using their store rewards cards a long time ago). You can enter your ZIP on the bottom right of the webpage to find out which stores are located in your area. These are the only places where you will get credit for eCoupon purchases, even if you use a credit card that is linked to your Upromise account.

May have already been mentioned but there is also a $1 off WAGS coupon in the WAGS activity coloring book! This would make it an additional $2 off 2!
Michelle
Glad you guys pointed out the Upromise thing, because when I saw that listed, I was wondering how to apply it without a store membership card.
YES, the activity book has a Walgreens coupon for $1 off Huggies Pull-Ups or Diapers. It will take off $1 for each pack that you buy. BUT, I’ve tried it several times for pull-ups, and it’s not coded correctly because each time the manager had to come over and fix the problem (one manager adjusted the price down $1, another manager manually put in a $1 store coupon). When I buy the regular diaper packs, it works no beeps, even when paired with MQs, so I’d rather buy those and avoid the trouble at the register.
Michelle
By the way, when I was purchasing the Pull-Ups with the activity book coupon, I tried different sizes and different genders (my cashier was trying to get it to work without calling the manager), but nothing worked for the coupon (even though Pull-Ups are pictured on it).
Stefanie
Laura — thanks for your input! I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t going crazy! :)

Lauren – Thanks for the info re: rolling Vaseline lotion RRs into Skippy/Ragu/Hellmans/Bertolli.
I just assumed it wouldn’t work because all are Unilever products. (I read here in a previous post this doesn’t work.) So, I rolled mine into the Quaker Granola Bars deal instead.
Lauren
Drew – no problem. I have also heard the same, however, on another forum they were discussing the fact that if they’re different values they should work, which I thought was interesting, and people had it worked and confirmed. I’m too chicken to try otherwise :D

Has anyone tried to use the $2.00/1 Walgreens Pull Ups coupons from the Walgreens.com website? It’s in with their printables — most of which are manufacturer’s coupons — but this one is clearly labeled “Walgreens” before you print and on the coupon. The problem is that it has a manufacturer’s coupon barcode. My couponing buddy just tried this and got major beepage and had to fight with the manager at the local Walgreens — who at first refused and then UN-graciously honored the coupons that were marked “Walgreens” but had the manufacturer’s barcode. If you do the deal with these additional printables — so two Walgreens $2.00/1 and 2 Manufacturers $2.00/1 per transaction — it lowers the price to $3.00/pack in store and $1.50/pack after Upromise and Caregivers Marketplace. I have complained to Walgreens corporate about them not honoring the one Walgreens and one manufacturers coupon per item policy, but does anyone else have any experience with these “Walgreens” pull-ups printables? We would like to do the deal several times but would like to avoid the battle with the manager.
Lauren
Kate – Does it say it is a Walgreens store coupon? It sounds like a manufacturer coupon that is for redemption at Walgreens. There are a few of those. The Mom’s Naturals for Walmart and others. Same way that the RR are Manufacturer coupons that say Walgreens on them. If that is the case, then you can’t use both. If they only had a Walgreens code on them, then they’d be store coupons and you could use them.
Kate
Nope — I’ve seen those manufacturer’s coupons that are for redemption at a specific store — this one says “Walgreens” before you print it and on the coupon at the top where it should say “manufacturer’s coupon” — if that’s what it is — it clearly states “Walgreens Coupon”. However the barcode seems to be a manufacturer’s barcode. It looks to me like someone made a mistake at Walgreens.com and produced some sort of hybrid. My understanding is that if they goof up, they still have to honor the coupon — I left the comment above because I was wondering how others are doing with this deal — and because it is soooooo much better if you can get them to accept two more $2.00 coupons.

I went to Walgreens today, and was very surprised to get the Children’s Activity Book for $0.24!! Also, the Starbucks Frappuccinos, advertised as 2 for $4, rang up for $1.50 each, so w/$1 off coupon, they were $0.50 each!

Ok I have mastered Rite Aid now I am ready to move on to Walgreens. OK so it isn’t that I don’t trust all these bloggers but I want to make sure my WAG isn’t different from another region. I am very careful about every deal I do. Where do you find the info on the RR ? It isn’t on their website or in the circular. Is there a flyer in the store ?
Help ?!?
