Ugh…Spent the last 1/2 or more going thru and uploading pictures. Tried to upload a few more and it kept releasing an error message. Now the page isn’t loading at all. I hope they can get it back up and this is a great DEAL!

Bummer, I have tried for the last twenty minutes and keep getting “Unhandled Exceptions”. Even trying to shoot a friendly email to Cust support wasn’t happening.

There wasn’t a S/H charge, it was totally free! However, this was a very poorly thought out promo on their part! Why not just give out 25,000 codes or let the first 25,000 register and have the code put in an account to be used later? Why on Earth would you want your site to be bombarded with 25,000 people trying to race thru and make a photo book??? I was able to get one in time, but after an extremely long and frustrating experience…Unless the quality is beyond superb, my photo book business will continue to be elsewhere. :(

I have been trying to create the “free” book all morning with no luck. Just out of curiosity I decided to try and create a different item and I was easily able to create a mug and an ornament!! Seems to be just the “free” book that is not working. :-( Maybe they never bargained on so many people taking them up on their offer!!!

The site was jammed, but I was persistant and by 9:30 I was able to order my book. Shipping is deducted off the charges when you confirm too so it was absolutely free! :)
