Old Navy Weekly: Watching & Waiting For New Coupons

May 31, 2009 by Tara Kuczykowski 1,141 Comments

Old Navy CouponsAre you all refreshing and wondering when the OldNavyWeekly.com site is going to update? Earlier this week they said it would happen sometime on Sunday, so it could be any time from now on!

I know you’re all anxious to try to get one of those fantastic $75 off $100 coupons that will be back this week!!! (no, that’s not a typo)

I’ll be in and out all day because we’re hosting a barbecue for my 3 year old’s birthday, so have at it. Feel free to chat amongst yourselves, and as always, you all do a fabulous job of helping each other find the big ones. If it hasn’t refreshed by tomorrow evening, I’ll be online hoping to get in on the action too!

What is the CouponMom method? I only print printables that I am positive I will use. If I miss out on another deal because it’s no longer available, then I just figure I wasn’t meant to do it or didn’t really need it.

Hi Heather… yes we looked into Fostering and were going to do it, but we’ve had some other hard times LOL My life, once explained, sounds like a bad episode of Oprah LOL So once we get my husband healed and we get back on our feet and decide where we want to permantly live we’ll either try again or definetely foster.

Brandyp, I so know what you are talking about. It’s not like you are taking money outta the cashiers pocket….LOL!!

Target can be like that sometimes….and it is hit or miss. But you aren’t doing anything wrong. The cashier should check out the coupon policy. It’s ok the use a store coupon with a manufac. coupon.

Dore’ , THANK YOU for telling us how to auto refresh.

& Brandy, when I was shopping regular at Kroger or Meijer I was saving anywhere from 45% (meijer) to my best was 67% at Kroger & I our printer is broken still. Hopefully end of June we will be back on track & I can go real grocery shopping (as opposed to what can I buy for $15 this week—for a family of 4) & get some ink for the printer MIL gave us.

To the other Brandy on here…from the looks of your blog you seem to do so well at Target…what’s your secret? Do I just need to be more specific about my cashiers or what?

Hey guys- won’t the autorefresh mess you up once the site loads? You might find a coupon, just to have it sucked away by a refresh. Just a thought.

    Tara,
If you goto http://www.couponmom.com you can get grocery deals by state where she tells you what is on sale at your store and what coupon from what insert to apply toward it and then shows the percentage you are saving. The forums at hotcouponworld.com have something similar where someone gets the circular for your store way early and posts all the sales, what coupons from what inserts to use, the final cost after sale/coupon and sometimes what printable to find and use. I have a tendency to search either just google or afullcup.com to see if there are any other printalbes out there.

    Tara,
coupon mom is a site where she breaks down all stores (she doesn’t meijer in Ohio) what there is a coupon for, what the cost is, & if it’s something that is donate-able to charity). She says she has the sales ad as well as the unadvertised specials listed. So you only need to cut out the coupons for what you will buy (she tells you where the Q’s are too; redplum, smartsource & the date of the insert)
I tried to do it, but didn’t like the list method & the fact she didn’t have meijers for here.

omg, Target is horrible here too! Whenever my sister goes in to our local Target (she’s the one who got me addicted to couponing) they will call the security up to the front as if she’s going to do something bad!! They treat her like crap when she even tries to use more than 1 coupon per order!! It’s horrible. I have almost ruled out Target all together, freebies or not!!

Tara… no not really. She will just tell you to use a $.75 off one whatever found in the 5/03/09 RedPlum insert. That way you don’t have to clip every coupon and sort them. You can just leave them in the inserts in chronilogical order and search, clip, shop.
