I talked a little bit the other day about how we’ve learned to stick to our budget yet still treat ourselves by using coupons. The Entertainment Book is one of our favorite resources for recreational coupons.

    I make dinner all week long so Friday is our eating out slurge night. We usually get ethnic – Indian, Thai, sushi, etc. YUM:)

    Wow, I don’t know….I guess we splurge every few months at the mall. We go, window-shop, and if we really like something, coupon or not, we get it.

    With my savings I love to get gift certificates at resturant.com or use the dining out coupons in the entertainment book and splurge on eating out at a nicer restaurant for date night :)

    I splurge when a well saved for vacation finally comes around. All that saving and waiting are well worth it when the time comes!

    Our downfall is definitely eating out. Saving money on household items gives us the extra money to treat the kids out every once in awhile, and of course we go to places where kids eat free or we have coupons.
