If you text DECREE to shop text, and then enter the first 7 didgits of the UPC from anything Decree from JCPenny, then will send you a journal. I had a Decree shirt that left the tag on for so long, and finally took it off, took the garbage out and the next day, I saw the ad for this!! :(
