Sorry about that. I was debating whether to add the coupons since many people don’t have them. It’s updated now!

CVS should accept the $5 off $25 Rite Aid coupon. There is a sign at the CVS where I go and it states, “We accept ALL competitors coupons”. I have not tried the Rite Aid coupon yet but I have used a Stop and Shop coupon there without a problem.

I had heard a couple of weeks back that CVS would accept competitors coupons, so I called the nearest 4 CVSs. Three of them said that they do not take competitors coupons, and one of them said that they would take a competitor coupon IF it wasn’t on sale or an ECB deal. I wish my stores were more like yours, Swap Saver!

I would be in couponing heaven if they would take the Walgreens Easy Saver coupons! :)

I have gotten into the habit of purchasing 3 newspapers the moment I walk into CVS. Not only do I get to use the previous weeks ECBs but it gives me the newspaper coupons to shop with. Well this morning, I received a coupon for $5 off $15, so that made this trip an especially good deal.

    Here is what I bought:
Crest Pro-Health Enamel Care $3.49 Get $3.49 ECBs (limit 1)
Dry Idea Clinical Complete Deodorant $7.99 Earn $5 ECBs (limit 2)
    Aquafresh Advanced $3.69
    Coke Classic $1.49

    Total before coupons: $16.66
    Total coupons: $8
    Difference: $8.66
Out of Pocket: $9.24 ($.58 tax)
    Received $8.49 ECBs
Difference: $.75 is what I paid for these items

I emailed CVS corporate about them accepting competitor’s coupons and they responded that they only honor Pharmacy competion coupons. Awesome for you, not so good for me at my store. Maybe in the future???

The $1 coupon for Dawn from the Home Made Simple booklet is NOT the right kind of Dawn. The 50 cent coupon is which makes it free but not a money maker. The $1 coupon is for Hand Renewal which is not included!

The razor coupons were not in my western NC mailer. I did get some in the 3/15 mailer, but they are only for $2 off. :( Also, many of the Walmart good deals are not good deals where I live. It is a bummer to go in for dog food with a coupon and my Walmart is twice as high as yours…on the upside, we get to live in the mountains and go skiing….(but I want the good deals, too!!!)
    Thanks!

What is and how do I get a CVS HOME MAILER?

CVS home mailers are coupons that CVS sends out to ExtraCare cardholders. Beyond that, I’m not sure what their criteria is. I rarely get the home mailings, and I never get the email coupons that I used to get.
