Clorox continues to introduce products to make cleaning and disinfecting easier, and the ToiletWand is no exception. Cleaning toilets is definitely high on my list of chores that I detest. It’s an icky job and one that I have to do frequently with the number of people in our household.
The Clorox ToiletWand took much of the ick factor out of this chore. I give it high ratings for its ease of use and convenient and clever storage. The holder keeps the wand and refills right next to the toilet in an attractive manner, and the refills pop off easily when you’re done cleaning so you never have to touch them with your hands. My toilets were sparkling and clean in minutes.
So what’s the downside? At $10 for the starter kit, it’s a little on the pricey side. This is only enough for six toilet cleanings, so you’re definitely going to get more bang for your buck with a standard toilet brush and cleaner.

Best Tip Ever……. I spray down entire bath tub and shower walls with Scrubbing Bubbles. Come back 5 minutes later. Place a rag in my Swiffer (push it into each hole on 4 sides) and wipe down walls and tub. NO MORE bending over to clean the tub out and no more tip toes to get the wall! Done and Done in approximately 8 minutes, including waiting time. Toss rag into wash and swiffer into closet! =D

My bathroom tip: do a “swish and swipe” (flylady lingo) daily, and cleaning the bathroom will be a breeze!

I do a quick clean of the bathroom’s everyday with Clorox Disinfecting wipes (or Scrubbing bubbles bathroom wipes) . On the countertops, the toilet seat etc. to help keep it clean. LOVE the convenience products like the Clorox Toilet wand to help keep the toilet clean between “real deep” cleanings and love my Scrubbing bubbles auto. shower cleaner. So my best tip is just to keep it up by doing quick clean-ups everyday to make the weekly chore easier.

I squirt all the toilets first, then come back to scrub them. Yes it means 2 trips to all the bathrooms, but the extra soak time for the cleaner makes the scrubbing part a lot easier.

I always leave the vent on when I am cleaning the bathroom so the fumes don’t get so bad.

My best bathroom cleaning tip is to keep a toilet wand or cleaning brush (YUCK) by the toilet and clean it everytime you think of it to make sure that you don’t get any hard water stains on your porcelain!
