Tune in all week for even more hot Back-To-School Giveaways, and be sure to check out all of the current giveaways for other great prizes!

I don’t know about you, but at my house, doing laundry for five kids is a never ending chore, and I’m always looking for ways to make it easier. So when Clorox sent me their Complete the Cycle kit, I was especially excited to read their tips and try out the very cool FlipFold.

Have you always wanted perfectly folded shirts and tees like those department store displays? Now you can organize your very own drawers and closets with the FlipFold. Just follow the simple instructions included in the box, and you’ll be flipping and folding your way to neater drawers and less wrinkles in no time.

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a Complete the Cycle prize package that includes:

  • A laminated copy of the Complete the Cycle Laundry Regimen Guide
  • 50-oz. bottle of Gain Laundry Detergent
  • 34-oz. bottle of Downy Ultra
  • 22-oz. bottle of Clorox 2 Ultra
  • A Clorox Bleach Pen
  • Coupon for 1 Free bottle of Clorox Bleach
  • FlipFold Ultimate Folding Tool
  • Laundry basket

My older two boys either hang or put up their own clothes which helps a lot and my youngest helps me fold while listening to music!

I try to fold my laundry right after I take it out of the dryer. Doesn’t happen all the time but it saves time when it does.

I do one load a day. I try to do it in the morning when it’s still cool and then save electricity by hanging them outside to dry. Then, most days, it’s dry by the time my husband comes home. He helps put it away, plus does all the ironing.

My two year old son sits on the dryer while I toss him clothes to put in the washer. He loves helping :) I also try to fold clothes right away to save on ironing. Doesn’t always happen, but it helps.

I use Dawn on my laundry – esp. the ones that have grease stains. Dawn gets it out almost every time.

To save money and to be more “green”, I start a load of laundry on the COLD setting in the morning, let it soak all day, and complete the cycle in the evening when I get home from work. I think the extra soaking time helps to get everything cleaner without using hot water. Thanks!

I’ve got babies and the best laundry tip is that I soak their outfits every night to insure that I get all the stains out and wash during the day.

i sort mine as three loads, white, light colours and dark ones. i have found in my experience that less chlorinated water helps dark colurs from fading

I have 3 daughters & we rotate laundry duties weekly. We tried daily but they would slack off so now we go weekly. Each daughter has specific duties when helping me do laundry. My 2 oldest now do most of their own laundry because of what they have learned in the past years. One collects, one sorts, one washes then I’ll put into dry or vice versa depending on what day of the week it is & who has the most homework! Best tip would have to be to pre-treat stains if you know its going to be sitting in the hamper for more than 1 day!

I cut fabrc softener sheets in half so I can use a half in smaller loads instead of a whole sheet. For bigger loads I just toss in two half sheets.
