Tune in all week for even more hot Back-To-School Giveaways, and be sure to check out all of the current giveaways for other great prizes!

I don’t know about you, but at my house, doing laundry for five kids is a never ending chore, and I’m always looking for ways to make it easier. So when Clorox sent me their Complete the Cycle kit, I was especially excited to read their tips and try out the very cool FlipFold.

Have you always wanted perfectly folded shirts and tees like those department store displays? Now you can organize your very own drawers and closets with the FlipFold. Just follow the simple instructions included in the box, and you’ll be flipping and folding your way to neater drawers and less wrinkles in no time.

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a Complete the Cycle prize package that includes:

  • A laminated copy of the Complete the Cycle Laundry Regimen Guide
  • 50-oz. bottle of Gain Laundry Detergent

  • 22-oz. bottle of Clorox 2 Ultra
  • A Clorox Bleach Pen
  • Coupon for 1 Free bottle of Clorox Bleach
  • FlipFold Ultimate Folding Tool

WHat a fun prize! I subscribe to this site for the great notices.
My time saver for laundry is – I put socks/underwear up when they come out of the dryer, and do the rest once a week. It doesn’t take much time to JUST do socks, and when you are just doing shorts/shirts, it goes pretty fast too. Took the dread out of doing them altogether and spending too much time on it.

I’ve lightened my laundry load by teaching my teenager to be responsible for washing her own clothes.

I have laundry baskets for colors and for whites. That way everything is somewhat sorted and I can tell which I need to wash. I just have to sort the lights into a hot & cold pile.

Recently, I’ve used an old tip to hang-dry towels and keep the dryer from running so much. I didn’t like the stiff towels I got from air-drying. Found out I was putting too much detergent in the wash – that’s what we stiffening them up. Reduced it just by a bit and now have soft towels with fresh outdoor fragrance!

I never let it pile up. The w/d is right outside my bedroom so as soon as I have enough in the hamper in the wash it goes!

My washer recently died and when I had to buy a new one I decided to get a really nice high-efficiency one. I love it! Just having the new washer makes laundry less of a burden. It’s almost fun to do laundry now! :)

I just recently bought a Bounce Bar for my dryer. It saves me a little time and energy because I don’t have to worry about adding softener to my laundry since the bar lasts so long!

Instead of doing laundry just when it needs doing or trying to do it all on just one day, I do everyone’s laundry on a seperate day. This eleminates the problem of sorting the laundry for different people once it’s clean and folded.

Saturday is always laundry day. My hubby and I sort clothes on Friday night, and we keep “the laundry train” moving all day on Saturday. Saturday night, after our daughter goes to bed, we fold and iron. Keeping in mind that Saturday is laundry day keeps it from stretching out for days and days. Plus, our Sundays are laundry-free!

I have 3 different laundry baskets in the bathroom, one for towels and underwear, one for darks and one for lights. Save a lot of time come laundry day!

i have 3 bins by the washer- 1 for whites,1 for darks, and 1 for colors. when 1 bin is full i just throw the contents in the washer-it’s nice not scrambling around trying to get more whites for a load!
