I don’t know about you, but at my house, doing laundry for five kids is a never ending chore, and I’m always looking for ways to make it easier. So when Clorox sent me their Complete the Cycle kit, I was especially excited to read their tips and try out the very cool FlipFold.
Have you always wanted perfectly folded shirts and tees like those department store displays? Now you can organize your very own drawers and closets with the FlipFold. Just follow the simple instructions included in the box, and you’ll be flipping and folding your way to neater drawers and less wrinkles in no time.

- 50-oz. bottle of Gain Laundry Detergent
- 34-oz. bottle of Downy Ultra
- 22-oz. bottle of Clorox 2 Ultra

I couldn’t live without my Stain Stick. It gets out almost anything!
Jessica
I treat stains right away before they are forgotten in the pile of laundry. Also, I throw a load in at night before we go to bed, that way they are ready to hang out on the line first thing in the morning.

Oooooh, I want this! My best laundry tip …. don’t forget the shout!
Christy
I wash each family member’s laundry separately. This way there is no sorting involved. (my kids have NO white clothing, all dark except socks) I wash, dry, fold and put it right back in the drawers.

I hate doing laundry so anything to make it easier would be great

I dilute my fabric softner to make it 1/2 water and 1/2 softner. I find it works just as well and lasts twice as long!!

I try to line dry as much as possible to save some moolah, as well as hand washing what I can (we live in apartments so it’s $1.75 to run the washer and dryer!). Thanks!

I could use some help in this area! All the tips are great. My tip is to get a maid to iron it or if you can’t afford that, just fold it as soon as the dryer is done. Less wrinkles.
Michelle
I have also switched to the new Purex 3 in 1 to save time and money

To eventually save time, I have my 3 year old help me fold all the laundry. NO, it does not save time now…but hopefully some day I’ll have an expert on my hands! :) He is getting pretty good at matching socks up at least!

Wash as much as you can in cold because it saves money.

I buy a big bag of baking soda from Sam’s Club and add some into my loads of laundry.
Laurie
To save time, I do one load of laundry everyday. I also wash mainly in cold water to save a little money. Thanks for the giveaway.

I save time in laundry by making it a playtime with my son. It doesn’t really make the chore take less time, but it is fun to get two things done at once. He is only 5 months old, but he loves to watch me fold laundry. I always sing his favorite songs while I fold which makes him even happier.

My two year old helps me put the wet laundry in the dryer. It saves my back and gives her some “hands on” training.
Jamie
My favorite laundry tip is to convince your hubby, assuming he is very picky about his clothes, that you aren’t very good at laundry. He takes care of it. :-)
Janet
I save time by doing my laundry as soon as I have a load that’s ready to be washed rather than letting it pile up, having to sort and spend hours getting it done. It just makes it easier for me.

I save time by throwing a load in the wash right before I go to bed. Then when I get up in the morning it’s ready to go right into the dryer, and I can throw a second load in the wash right then if I want.
