    I try to stretch our school clothes budget by trying to win coupons on Old Navy every week! I’ve never shopped there before, but since I found out about Old Navy Weekly, I’ve been there several times with the coupons I found! Totally helped us out in tough times! :)

    We stretch our clothes by sharing with our friends and family. We pass various sizes back and forth all the time.

    I shop garage sales and consignment stores for most of my kids’ clothes, then supplement with “basics” that are on sale. Rather than buying outfits, I choose a certain color palette of tops that look good and then find really neutral and easy-to-match bottoms (such as navy, khaki, gray and denim for boys). This way, every item in the closet has numerous possibilities!

    I try and hit end of season sales to stock up for the next year. And, I’m always hitting the clearance racks.

    I receive clothes from older cousins and supplement what I don’t get in hand me downs with garage sale finds! Also shop end of the season clearance sales and save for the next year. I got a brand new $60 winter coat for $4!!! :)

    I am all about long sleeved tees under regular t-shirts. I love the look and it stretches those shirts to the max!

    There is a GREAT consignment store here called Other Mothers. I never spend over $3 for anything for my daughter. I love it! It’s so hard to limit myself in there, though, because it’s really really nice, and they have a LOT of stuff! :)

    CONSIGNMENT sales, when you can find barely used items for great prices. OR I try to buy next year’s clothes for my kids when they are on clearance the year before.
