The most important things I look for in kids’ shoes are durability, easy to put on, and neutral colors. I love crocs because my 2.5 year old can usually put them on by herself!! I love the MacKenzie style, but all four are adorable!

The most important thing I look for is wide width, then attractiveness and then price. I’m thrifty, but they have to at least be cute!

First quality, style and comfort, with price following right behind when it comes to buying shoes. I need to make sure that they can stand up to the wear & tear of my kid, but if he doesn’t like them then they won’t be worn at all.

What a great give away, I have two girls and they both love crocs (which I can’t always afford) But I also like them they last a long time are easy to clean and most important the girls can get them on by themselfs. I really like the Dawson and the sophie they look warmer for this fall and winter.
    Thanks Courtney

I look for shoes that fit well…and that my kids like. I think my boys would love the Teton style.

    August 18, 2009 at 7:54 pm

Most importantly I consider that my child LIKES to wear the shoes, so I don’t have a battle before we even begin. So they need to be comfy, quick to throw on and off, and versatile!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...
