Tune in all week for even more hot Back-To-School Giveaways, and be sure to check out all of the current giveaways for other great prizes!
To help kick off the school year and make school lunches a little bit more fun, Walmart, Smuckers, Motts and Pepperidge Farm have joined together to create LunchboxBuilder.com, a fun site where users can design their own lunchbox — complete with materials, colors and decals. You can print out your design and also add it to the gallery, where other visitors will vote on their favorite design, and the winners will receive an amazing prize package worth over $150! Be sure to take a few minutes to print coupons on some of your kids’ favorite snack foods while you’re there as well.
One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will also win one of these great prize packages (worth over $150!), which includes:

I always try to include something healthy in my children’s lunches like bananas, applesauce, granola bars, etc. I also always try to leave them a little note to tell them to have a good day and how much I miss and love them.

I pack what I am SURE my grandkids will eat as I don’t want them starving when they get home. If they don’t like something, they just won’t eat.

Great giveaway! Thanks!

I love the idea of making little bento-box style lunches for kids. Put in a few slices of finger-style sandwiches, or lunchmeat roll-ups, a little fruit, a few veggies & a small dessert!

My daughter is too young for school yet, but I am really enjoying everyone’s suggestions above – I love the cookie cutter idea, and since my daughter loves yogurt and string cheese, I’m sure I would incorporate those, too! I love the comic strip idea, too – I will have to remember that one for her lunches in coming years…I can definitely see myself writing a little note, to0! :)

To make lunch fun, I like to use different sandwich cutters to give their pb and j some extra oomph! We have alot of fruits, some carrot sticks, and water bottles around here. We also give a granola bar or a fruit snack for a little fun. ;)
Great giveaway!
