I used to own a bakery which really cured me of eating sweets. I love to make them, but not eat them, so I don’t change my eating habits.

I am a subscriber….Ever new year, I tend to change my eating habits and limit the amount of cheese and deep fried foods to once a week. I also try to get back my gym routine back to a regular schedule which seems to be irregular by the time December hits around. I will also plan a trip in April and post a picture of the warm destination along with the bathing suit that I am hoping to order up on the fridge to keep me on target :)

I don’t really change my habits during holidays but I do work out less due to the busier schedule. So one thing I will resume is regular workouts!
