    I put my workouts on hold during the holiday. After them I start to work out again & eat healthier

    I stop eating cookies every time I pass one, and I take the clothes off my stationary bike and actually ride the thing!

    i just go back to my “regular” eating. During the holidays i allow myself a bit of a splurge on yummy chocolates and treats, but try not to go overboard.

    Im not one for dieting but what I do is cook more at home instead of stopping at fastfood if im lazy. instead of that quick cheeseburger we can eat a sub sandwhich at home it cuts back on savings as well.
