    I also do pushups to get rid of jiggles.

    Yes! The holidays always leave me feeling bloated and horrible, so I cut down on my portions and take walks.

    Yes! I always seem to put on weight throught the holidays (it starts st Halloween UGH) I alway start the New Year with a reboot of eating healthy and exercising

    after the holidays I watch what I eat and watch portion control, as well as up my excersise routine to help boost in the weight I usually gain over the holidays.

    I use a combination of walking/exercise and portion/diet control. I usually get on a healthier food kick for at least a couple weeks after the new year ;)

    I would love to win this for my husband! He was cursed with bad genes and has to work very hard to lose weight. He’s spent the last 2 months on crutches after surgery and it killed him to not be able to work out. He definitely has a lot of plans for the new year, including working out 3 times a week, and watching more of what he eats since he spent the past 2 months doing whatever he wanted! (I on the other hand am blessed with an awesome metabolism so I don’t have to do much! I do try to watch what I eat to help my hubby out though!)
