    Every year I vow to lose weight eat better and exercise more, it never seems to work out. This year will be different.

    I try to drink more water following the holidays! Too much eggnog and sweets means more water is needed!

    How I start to lose weight for the new year is I look at the Christmas photo’s and notice how big I got and that alone encourages me to lose weight. :(

    I definitely will be working out and eating healthy to get back into shape. I return to work on the 4th and plan to start back to walking everyday at lunch. I will probably add some subway meals in there as it is close to my office. Thanks so much for the giveaway!!

    I work out hard, using new workout videos (like the one I got for Christmas or ones I find on Netflix) after all the cookies!

    I try to get into a regular excercise schedule using wii fit, dvds and comcast on demand. Also just try to watch what I eat, but it is so hard since we are in the house more and there are more treats around.

    I get back on track journaling what I eat and crank up the exercise that always seems to get lost in the shuffle of December!!

    I stop baking sweets! And get back to sensible eating.
    Also, try to exercise more.

    eat healthy and workout well…at least 5 days a week..and above all ‘cut that sugar’!!! :)

    My husband and I normally eat pretty low-carb, but we let ourselves go for big feasts like Thanksgiving and Christmas. We plan to ditch the candy and pie starting tomorrow and get back to our low-carb way of eating.
