    try and eat better and some form of excersise. I got the your shape and dance game for the wii so that is awesome to use when I need time to work out.

    Usually i change my eathing and exercise, but this year I started a facebook group called “I’m going to start my diet…right after I eat this hamburger” Its my support group where I try to keep on tract more by helping others with posting my meals and some recipes. I started this yesterday…so lets see how it goes :)

    Some years I’m not too bad over the holidays and stick to a plan. Other years, like this one…yeah, time to change my habits back to the good ones.

    I just go back to eating the way I normally do – all the Christmas goodies are done so there’s no temptation to eat all the sweets :)

    I try to destress by taking a break from all that holiday cooking, subway is just the ticket for us!

    We usually try to share or give away all of the goodies that come into the house during the holidays .. that encourages our healthier eating after the season!

    I get back on track by sticking to more produce than during the holidays. Lots of fresh fruit and veg! Winter tends to make me want more carbs but I try to keep that in check
