Yes, I just got off the treadmill. My goal is to run 2 miles 4 days a week and build up from there. I am trying to get ready to start trying for baby #2!!

Last year I began the South Beach diet on the 1st of January, but it only lasted until the middle of February, and unfortunately I gained back everything I had lost and then some!
This year, because I received a Wii Fit for Christmas, it is my goal to do that each day for 20 minutes for at least 4 weeks. After I am used to daily exercise, I will begin to incorporate outdoor exercise.
For now, I am watching my portions and making sure that I don’t eat too late!
