    I tend to just try to go back to smaller portions. America is ridiculous for portion size, and I’ve let myself by into that. :(

    I belong to a gym called Retro Fitness, so I’ve been working out there. I’m having major foot surgery on the 18th of Jan so I’m trying to get in as much shape as I can before the surgery!

    Well, diets have never REALLY worked before, so this year I am going to try to eat more healthfully. Also, I have already started an exercise plan for the past month and have lost about 10 lbs. Still a lot more to go!!!

    Yes, I just got off the treadmill. My goal is to run 2 miles 4 days a week and build up from there. I am trying to get ready to start trying for baby #2!!

    Last year I began the South Beach diet on the 1st of January, but it only lasted until the middle of February, and unfortunately I gained back everything I had lost and then some!

    This year, because I received a Wii Fit for Christmas, it is my goal to do that each day for 20 minutes for at least 4 weeks. After I am used to daily exercise, I will begin to incorporate outdoor exercise.

    For now, I am watching my portions and making sure that I don’t eat too late!
