I really need to get in shape and eat healthier. I was just tested for diabeties and it was 122…not good:( It runs in my family big time. I should of been more proactive all along!!! My family and I are going to be making better food choices daily, eating ALOT less sugar, and being more active each day. So, my goal for 2010 is to get out of the pre-diabeties stage, lose a few pounds while I’m at it, and to teach my girls how to live a healther life.
