    Woohoo! Love Subway! That is one way that I do try to shape up my eating habits is by forgoing the “normal” fast food and hitting up Subway for lunch. There is one in walking distance of work! One easy way that I try to exercise is by trying to walk during my breaks, etc.

    I do a walk at home program with leslie sansone dvd’s. It’s the only thing I’ve ever been able to stick with.

    I plan on continuing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have struggled with weight on and off for years and fight to maintain verses go on diets and quit them. I work out and listen to my body.

    I try to eat less fast food and sweets, since that’s the majority of what I eat when I’m busy around the holidays!

    At the beginning of the New Year, I always say I am going to try to eat healthier. Unfortunately, after a few days, I am back at my old ways. Maybe this year I will be able to stick to it.

    I am getting back into shape by jogging 3 times a week and watching what I eat. Lower calories and carbs.

    i always watch what i eat at holiday gatherings so i don’t pay for it in the end… but january is a month that i hit the gym harder…from mid november thru december it’s so hard with everything else going on!

    Sad to admit, thanks to the flu in Oct/Nov in our house we need to for the holiday and other reasons. Lots more exercise and healthy eating needed here. Thanks for the fun.

    To get back in shape after the holidays, I up my workouts and count calories. I write down everything I eat. It makes you think before you eat when you know you have to write it down.
