Woohoo! Love Subway! That is one way that I do try to shape up my eating habits is by forgoing the “normal” fast food and hitting up Subway for lunch. There is one in walking distance of work! One easy way that I try to exercise is by trying to walk during my breaks, etc.

To get back in shape after the holidays, I up my workouts and count calories. I write down everything I eat. It makes you think before you eat when you know you have to write it down.
