I really wish I could say I have it all under control, but I’m sorry to tell you that most days I’m just flying by the seat of my pants. Organization is definitely not my forte, but I’m hoping that my momAgenda Desktop planner will assist me in getting organized in the New Year. The bright colors and clean layout inspire me, and I love that there are plenty of extra pages for notes.

Moms will appreciate the week at a glance layout, and if you’re into menu planning, there’s a slot to write each day’s menu for the week. There are also slots for keeping track of the kids’ schedules, so you can keep all of your obligations in one easy-to-use holding place.

More About momAgenda
Since its inception in 2005, momAgenda has grown annually to include a diversified range of products that help organize the lives of mothers and others, including day planners, home organizers, and helpful pads. The collection is sold at leading national retailers and regional boutiques throughout the US. Nina Restieri, momAgenda’s inventor and founder, gets immense joy out of helping the pieces of everyone’s personal puzzle – family, career, home and social life – come together.

Best case scenario – I use a daily, academic planner. I write all the kids activities, church, exercize, etc. and use color-coded highlighters. This shows how much kid-time, me-time, etc. is actually occurring in a week. Trouble is I need to LOOK at the planner. I would love to win this planner; I am a fan on facebook and I subscribe to the email feed. LOVE the website! Keep it up!

1.) Every year I ask for a new planner for Christmas b/c if I don’t have one then it will be little scraps of paper in which I can’t ever find later. I have to refer to a list to scratch off and am the old fashioned kind I guess since the tech. way on the computer isn’t for me. It also helps me to fall asleep at night so I don’t have what I want to do on the mind:)

My attempt of organizing my day is utilizing Cozi and having it send text messages to my phone for reminders. Every day it reminds me when I should be doing laundry, cutting coupons or starting dinner. Sometimes it works other times its my lack of motivation!

Lists, lists, lists…everywhere! A place to condense all of my random lists around the home, such as a planner, would be terrific!

Love this idea. I’m a list girl – that how I work best. When I stop making lists, everything suffers . . . .

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
