I really wish I could say I have it all under control, but I’m sorry to tell you that most days I’m just flying by the seat of my pants. Organization is definitely not my forte, but I’m hoping that my momAgenda Desktop planner will assist me in getting organized in the New Year. The bright colors and clean layout inspire me, and I love that there are plenty of extra pages for notes.

Moms will appreciate the week at a glance layout, and if you’re into menu planning, there’s a slot to write each day’s menu for the week. There are also slots for keeping track of the kids’ schedules, so you can keep all of your obligations in one easy-to-use holding place.

More About momAgenda
Since its inception in 2005, momAgenda has grown annually to include a diversified range of products that help organize the lives of mothers and others, including day planners, home organizers, and helpful pads. The collection is sold at leading national retailers and regional boutiques throughout the US. Nina Restieri, momAgenda’s inventor and founder, gets immense joy out of helping the pieces of everyone’s personal puzzle – family, career, home and social life – come together.

I use outlook calendar to keep dates/reminders since I use outlook on a daily basis. I would be lost without it!

I use my phone’s calendar as a reminder of the things I need to get done, but even with that, I forget at times.

I signed up as a fan on Facebook. As for organization, I created a type of “to do” sheet. It includes the following sections: to do, to get, to mail, to discuss, to email, to call. I utilize it weekly. It works most of the time.

I have a small little notbook by my bedside to write things I think of at night on and then rip that page out for the morning. I also have a wall calender right by the door between the kitchen and the garage that the schedule of the day is writen on.

My organization is minimal, at best! I try to keep up with a calendar on my phone, but I also have a calendar on my computer and on my refrigerator! needless to say, there are events written on all 3 of them!

I ususally write things down. If I do not, I will forget them. I have 5 children, who I homeschool so there is always something going on. If I do not write down appointments, play dates, things that need to be done, along with everything else I would be a lot more frazzeled than I already am. Thanks for the giveaways.

On Sunday afternoons while I’m organizing our grocery list and drugstore trips and couponing, I plan my week. I look at each weekday and determine which events keep me busy on which days and plan my cleaning schedule (down to loads of laundry and chores for the kids) for each day leaving room to add things as needed. I keep a master calendar for reference to see the big picture, but for each day, I use a separate index card in an organizer so I can carry the card in my pocket for that particular day and mark off things as they are accomplished.

I am looking for a more organized system. Something like this actually. I tend to just write to do lists and have things scattered! But I do like lists!

I am already your fan on facebook! Girl – I wish I could say I am organized. I am very much a list maker but I probably have 4 or 5 lists going at all times on random scraps of paper. I really need to consolidate or learn a new way of doing things! This planner would really help!

I learned it was too hard to have a wall calendar and a calendar in my purse and make sure they are kept coordinated so I have taken to just keeping one in my purse so I have it at all times and each week I update a weekly magnetic tearsheet calendar on my refrigerator so that the family knows what is happening that week. Not sure it is perfect but at least I have not missed things that have made it on one calendar but not the other!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
