Tayga Red & White Reversible Cooking Apron
Who needs a special occasion to use an apron? These super cute TAYGA cooking aprons will have you looking for an excuse to use them every day. I especially love the full, colorful reversible aprons. Wearing one makes cooking just a little more fun, while protecting your clothes from messy spills at the same time.
And how cute are the children’s aprons? They’re on my must-buy list for my two girls. Look for teens aprons coming December 1st and men’s aprons in Spring 2010 too.

Skillet Cookies! I don’t know if other people call them that, but it’s the simplest recipe with butter, sugar, eggs, dates, pecans and rice crispies. We could make them anytime of year, but we don’t and always make it a tradition to make them together at my moms. Then we pretty much don’t stop eating them until their gone. And make another batch.

I love pumpkin cheesecake – because it’s so time intensive, I usually only make it around Thanksgiving and Christmas. :)

I love to make buffalo chicken dip, it’s easy and everybody loves to snack on it before the food is finished cooking!

Favorite Christmas dish? That’s really tough!! There are a lot of good cooks in my family! But one of my favorite recipes that I can’t do without each December is the one for cutout cookies that my mother passed down to me. It has cream cheese in it and is by far the best cutout recipe I have EVER had! We all look forward to them each year!

My favorite holiday dish is baked mac n cheese. My great grandmother used to make it every christmas. Now it is my tradition to make it every year for my children whom enjoy it just as much as I did as a child!

I would have to say any cookies for Santa – it’s more the process than the results that I love, but don’t get me wrong…I help Santa eat them!
