Who needs a special occasion to use an apron? These super cute TAYGA cooking aprons will have you looking for an excuse to use them every day. I especially love the full, colorful reversible aprons. Wearing one makes cooking just a little more fun, while protecting your clothes from messy spills at the same time.
And how cute are the children’s aprons? They’re on my must-buy list for my two girls. Look for teens aprons coming December 1st and men’s aprons in Spring 2010 too.

I just became a facebook fan!
There are so many holiday dishes, it’s hard to choose just one. I love Horseradish Mashed Potatoes with Carmelized onions – I could just sit down with a spoon and go to work! I usually make that for Thanksgiving, too. My new favorite cookies are dark chocolate chip and chile cookies – my own recipe. They’re perfect, but dangerous: not overly sweet so you have to be mindful not to eat too many! Just the right hint of spice. Merry Christmas! :)

I love making lots of sweets at Christmas time, different types of fudge, homemade marshmallows, nut brittles and so many cookies it is crazy. My poor hands usually have at least one or two 2nd degree burns from the candies but it is so worth it when people start eating on your goodies.
