Lora Elizabeth Stamped Jewelry Flower Power Stamped Necklace
The Flower Power Necklace from Lora Elizabeth is the perfect gift for a young girl. I have a bit of a thing for hand-stamped jewelry, and I love the aged look of this piece paired with the small pearl dangle. My five-year-old daughter just oohed and ahhed over it and immediately requested that I put it on her. Of course then my 3-year-old daughter was devastated that I didn’t have one for her as well, so keep that in mind if you have several girls.
Lora Elizabeth has more to offer than just girls’ necklaces though. With gifts appropriate for moms, grandmas, dads, and grandpas, you may be able to complete a good portion of your shopping list right on her site.

I just subscribed to your emails. And…my most meaningful gift was a doll that my mom made for me by hand. I had asked for it when we saw it in the craft store one year. She did not make it that year, but surprised me with it two years later at Christmas. I opened it and cried knowing how much time and effort went into making it. And…she remembered how much I had wanted it! Hands down best gift ever!

i got a ring that my uncle made for me

When I was a kid, my dad grew vegtables and fruit and sold them, so we never got to have any… one Christmas, Santa brought a crate full of dad’s homegrown oranges- still the best oranges I have ever had!

I got a gold locket from my grandmother when I was 15. My grandfather gave it to her when she was 15. It will always be special to me!

My favorite childhood gift was a teddy bear necklace that my mom gave me. She got it from her dad’s jewelry shop. It is sterling silver – I still have it. I took the chain off and attached a claw hook to it and gave it to my daughter on her first birthday – we’re giving her a charm each year to attach to a bracelet someday.

I loved my collection of Holiday Barbies. My grandparents would search high and low each year until they scored one for me (this was when they were hard to come by); I still have them tucked away in a safe place.

When I was a young girl, my aunt gave me a collection of the Anne of Green Gables books. They were a perfect gift for me because I love to read, and they still hold a spot on my bookshelf!

The best present I ever got as a child? I was about 15 and my brother gave me a framed print of my favorite painting. It meant so much to me because he was so thoughtful and knew how special it was to me, and how much I enjoyed looking at it. I hung the painting everywhere I have ever lived, and it is now in my bedroom right above my dresser and I look at it all the time. I think I’ll give him a call and thank him for it again right now!!!!

My brother gave me a necklace when I was 12. It was the most beautiful necklace I had ever seen – very unusual, and I have never seen anything like it. It was a cross made of a copper-brown stone with gold flecks in it. It was very smooth and sparkled when the light hit it. I had it for years and years but unfortunately lost it somewhere along the way. : ( If I ever see another necklace like this, I will buy it in a minute!

My 6th grade graduation sun dress and clogs from my grandmother. I still have them. (She also bought me my first pair of pantyhose, a few hours later… I was climbing a tree in them.)

My Brother gave me a pearl necklace when I was in my teens. It was the kind you pick the oyster and have the pearl set. It is a golden pearl – just beautiful with a fantastic luster. I love it, and still have it today.

My most meaningful gift was a doll named Timey Tell my Dad gave it to me. I didn’t see my Dad much as a kid or have a great relationship with him, so the doll became a very precious gift to me. I do not have her anymore.
