At the bottom of the page, after signing up, it says "Thank you!".
The “Thank You” appears on the page before you submit anything, if you click the link & scoll down it says “Thank You” already, also again I think this is only for people who buy any Invisible Bra or 3 invisible Bliss Panties at JCPenney & get a free Elf French Manicure Kit. Nicole: I think you are right. I went to the link above and all it says if you made a purchase, you get the manicure kit and show barcodes from your receipt. I don't anticipate a free manicure kit w/o purchase.
I wouldn't be surprised if we don't receive this free gift, however, it is worth a try. Clearly the link posted by Nicole and the "Keep in Touch" section are two separate entry points and do not have anything to do with each other.
The "thank you" is not there before you hit submit. So I am going to take that to mean it went through.
