The “Thank You” appears on the page before you submit anything, if you click the link & scoll down it says “Thank You” already, also again I think this is only for people who buy any Invisible Bra or 3 invisible Bliss Panties at JCPenney & get a free Elf French Manicure Kit. Nicole: I think you are right. I went to the link above and all it says if you made a purchase, you get the manicure kit and show barcodes from your receipt. I don’t anticipate a free manicure kit w/o purchase.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t receive this free gift, however, it is worth a try. Clearly the link posted by Nicole and the “Keep in Touch” section are two separate entry points and do not have anything to do with each other.
