The holiday pounds are adding up - time to eat healthy!!!!!!!

I cut out all the sweets after the holidays; that helps me get back in shape. I also ramp back up my workouts.

I will be changing my habits this year! I fell off the bandwago after shoulder surgery and a knee injury that has left me with no exercise options for the last 6-8 weeks - I'm going crazy.........Subway is right down the road from us and even my kids love it!!!

I start off the New Year by throwing out ALL of the uneaten cookies, cakes, and dessert-like items. I replace them with healthy alternatives like fresh fruits and veggies for dipping.

I get in the shape after the holidays but putting on my dancing shoes and dancing the night away with my husband every weekend. the pounds slip off and the romance slips in

I try and cut back on sweets and start up a new exercise program
I EAT NO SWEETS BREAD RICE OR PASTA FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND GRADUALLY REINTRODUCE THEM BACK INTO MY DIET. I ALSO WATCH MY PORTION SIZES.
