    I learned that your eye doctor can see signs of diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, by looking at the blood vessels in your eyes.

    I learned that to avoid stressing our eyes, we should stare at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds, for every 20 minutes we spend on the computer. (very useful for office people like me).
