I like trying incorporate beans into 3 meals a week. My family is new to beans and I’d love to have more ideas. I’ve been making my own refried beans, made a pink bean dish my family loves, and I just offer them with meals to get my family to try them.

Just had a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago, doing great, but therapist tells me I need to add lots of protein to my diet to aid the healing process. Turns out beans are a great way to do that without adding calories, would love to learn more about the different types of beans and how to use them.
