    Well, seeing as how I’m from the south, I would have to say soup beans (aka pinto beans) is my favorite way to have beans. My mom still makes them for me (with cornbread and mac & cheese) for my birthday meal each year.

    We are vegan and eat a lot of beans! My favorite is chickpeas in my salad, then second favorite is curried chickpeas in tomato over quinoa. Always good for a burrito though! LOL

    I would LOVE to have this book! I have been wanting to learn to cook more with beans! I need this book!!! Right now I only use black beans in casseroles and refried beans for tacos ect.
    If I don’t win this book (which I prbly won’t, I never win anything ; ) I will more than likely buy it anyways!!

    I use beans in soups. Technically, they’re manastas. My Italian grandmother used to make them and taught me how to do it myself. My absolute favorite is a kidney bean and ditalini manasta with fresh grated romano cheese….SO delicious on a cold winters day! :)

    love beans we eat them throughout the week for our source of protein! We still eat meat but feel beans are more healthy! Gives us fiber , fills us up and a plus cheaper than meat!

    I don’t have a favorite and rarely use them, but it’s exactly why I would love and use this! I like the concept/ description and have had black beans in my pantry for almost a year now!

    I use beans in chili. It’s cheap and the whole family loves it, plus chili freezes really well.
