I grow beans, green of course but many varieties of dried as well, black, pinto, kidney, navy, and any new variety I can find to try. Love to use them in everything from soups/chili’s to homemade refried beans and my all time favorite is Cuban black beans and rice. My recipe came straight from a Cuban friend.

Currently, I only have tried black bean burgers, but hope to win this and learn lots more!
