Win-It Wednesday: Little Debbie Prize Pack (10 Winners!)

March 30, 2011 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

If you’re like me, you noticed a few weeks ago that when the St. Patrick’s Day green was put away, the first thing to hit the stores was Little Debbie spring-themed snacks on the end caps of the aisles and at the registers. You can almost tell the season just by watching the Little Debbie selection at the store, something that hasn’t changed since I was a child.

Right now on Little Debbie’s Facebook page, you can enter to win their Million Smile Mission for a chance to win the grand prize of a 16′ Airstream Sport Trailer or one of several other prizes, including Kodak Slice Cameras, Kodak ESP 7250 Printers, digital picture frames, Little Debbie Prize Packs and more!

Ten lucky Deal Seeking Mom winners will each receive a Little Debbie prize pack that includes:

  • 2 boxes of Cloud Cakes
  • 2 boxes of Spring Snacks

To enter, tell me one memory involving snack cakes from when you were a kid or as an adult if you didn’t have them as a child. Did your mom pack them in your lunch box? Were they a special treat reserved for road trips? Did you eat your first snack cake in college when you were on your own?

+++++++++++++++

Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest. Choose one each of any combination of method one, two, three, or four for up to a total of 4 entries!!!

    We never got Little Debbies as kids, but my aunt bought them for my cousins. When we would visit, we would DEVOUR their snacks. A year ago my cousin told me they hated for us to come visit, just for this reason!!!

    one of my favorite memories was that of me and my grandmother swinging on my tire swing,and ‘gram’ on her yellow wooden swing under a great big old tree in her yard.Summer would just not b complete without the smell of the honeysuckle bushes and me and gram eating nutty bars swinging under ‘our’ tree in the yard!!!Every time i see Little Debbie snack cakes…those warm and sweet memories just come rushing back… and of course i absolutely have to buy my little ‘sensory memory snack’ right on the spot!!! love,love,love um…yum,yum,yum!!

    My family loved to go camping and Little Debbies were always packed and went with us. I will never forget fishing and hiking with my cousins, aunts, uncles, and parents and stopping for these special treats. Thank you for the memories.

    My fave memory of Little Debbie snacks goes back to the days when my sisters and I would walk the half mile to the local store during summer vacation from school and get the swiss rolls for a treat. We would spend the walk home eating all the chocolate off the outside, then unroll them and eat along the edge until we had just one thick “pipe” of cake and filling to savor. Messy, but fun and funny too!

    My grandma, who lived next door, would always have Little Debbie cakes waiting for me after school. I always dropped in at 3:15 sharp and she would open a pack and we would snack away. Id tell her about my day at school and everything that went on. It is a great memory for me and I miss her very much….Little Debbie made very happy times for me : ) 35 years have gone by in a blink but they seem like yesterday when i bite into a tasty treat.

    My first semester in college was a rough one. I had gone from a very small high school in a small town to a huge Ben Ten university. It was hard at first getting used to a totally new environment, trying to make new friends and trying not to miss my family back home. I guess my folks knew I needed a pick-me-up. Right before Halloween they sent me a huge box filled with Little Debbie treats. That Satuday, I had a “trick or treat” party in my room and invited all my floor mates. The party was a big hit and was a real ice breaker for me.
