Win-It Wednesday: Keurig Single-Cup Brewer and New K-Cups!

November 10, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 2,351 Comments

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting a 24-hour giveaway to give you plenty of chances to win!

I’ve shared my thoughts on Keurig Single-Cup Brewers in the past, and I still love my Keurig just as much today.

I’m always up for trying new K-cup flavors, so I was happy to test drive the new Millstone and Folgers varieties.

Millstone coffee and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are made from the same high quality beans already available on-shelf in over 50 blends, and offer the exceptional taste that both brand’s passionate coffee drinkers have come to expect. The superior taste is the result of both brand’s precise “bean to cup” process that involves an intricate method of growing, roasting, and blending to ensure each cup of coffee delivers a unique coffee drinking experience.

I really enjoyed them, with the Folgers Black Silk K-cups being the one I liked the best. I like my coffee strong and bold, so this one was the closest to what I would typically buy. The Millstone Hazelnut K-cups were fun for a change of pace. They’re perfect for an after-dinner treat in lieu of a decadent dessert!

Millstone and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are available in the following flavors:

  • Millstone Breakfast Blend (Fair Trade Certified)
  • Millstone Hazelnut Cream
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Black Silk
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Lively Colombian
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Lively Colombian Decaf
  • Folgers Gourmet Selections Vanilla Biscotti

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a Keurig Single-Cup Brewer and four samples of the new Millstone and Folgers K-Cup varieties!

Get up earlier then everyone, start some coffee, and then take a shower. The coffee aroma fills the house by the time I am done!

I have a kindergartner and a preschooler so our mornings are quite hectic. To ease it a bit, I lay out our outfits the night before. One less thing to worry about in the morning. A nice cup of coffee helps me destress after the school bus comes.

I have to have quiet time before anyone else gets up, so I get up early and enjoy my coffee in silence!

I “liked” you on Facebook and read your emails all day long.

Morning madness is tamed by being prepared. Going to bed the night before with everything ready…clothes ironed…everything set out for the morning…getting up a wee bit before everyone else and having your first cup of coffee.

Thanks for all the great info you send every day! Much appreciated!!!

My mornings are crazy – I get up at 4:45 and am out the door by 6:10 with my hubby and little girl. Coffee is the one thing that must happen – I go straight to my ‘coffee station’ as soon as I get up. I don’t care if my hair or make-up do not get done – coffee is priority! I get our travel mugs out the night before and have them all set up and ready to go!

I get up earlier then the kiddos and hubby to make sure that I am ready to help them get all their ‘stuff’ together. Coffee just makes me feel relaxed and awake. It’s not a part of every morning, but it sure is a good morning when it is.
