Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting a 24-hour giveaway to give you plenty of chances to win!

I’ve shared my thoughts on Keurig Single-Cup Brewers in the past, and I still love my Keurig just as much today.
I’m always up for trying new K-cup flavors, so I was happy to test drive the new Millstone and Folgers varieties.
Millstone coffee and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are made from the same high quality beans already available on-shelf in over 50 blends, and offer the exceptional taste that both brand’s passionate coffee drinkers have come to expect. The superior taste is the result of both brand’s precise “bean to cup” process that involves an intricate method of growing, roasting, and blending to ensure each cup of coffee delivers a unique coffee drinking experience.
I really enjoyed them, with the Folgers Black Silk K-cups being the one I liked the best. I like my coffee strong and bold, so this one was the closest to what I would typically buy. The Millstone Hazelnut K-cups were fun for a change of pace. They’re perfect for an after-dinner treat in lieu of a decadent dessert!
Millstone and Folgers Gourmet Selections K-Cup portion packs are available in the following flavors:
- Millstone Breakfast Blend (Fair Trade Certified)
- Millstone Hazelnut Cream
- Folgers Gourmet Selections Black Silk
- Folgers Gourmet Selections Lively Colombian
- Folgers Gourmet Selections Lively Colombian Decaf
- Folgers Gourmet Selections Vanilla Biscotti

I can’t start my morning without coffee. Considering I’m usually up at 4 am feeding my 4 months old, the first thing I do during the regular morning hours after dropping off my older daughter at school, I go to Starbucks drive-through and enjoy my cup of coffee. I need Keurig to do it at home!!!

My best tip to manage a hectic morning is to give yourself 10 minutes of “me” time to do whatever you want, whatever helps you relax in the morning and start your day. Watch some TV, sit in a hot water tub, go #2 (in peace), go to a quiet place in the house/backyard to relax, etc. It’s fun to play tag team with the husband :) He’ll enjoy having a 10 minute time-out too.

I have seen it on here several times, but setting up the coffee machine the night before makes a huge difference! Knowing you don’t have to get out of bed to grind and measure is such a motivator! We don’t have a timer on ours, so we get up, grab a shower, and by the time we’re clean, we have coffee! That first cup sets your day for success as much as my Bible reading!

We keep our routine exactly the same every morning and simple, so that my 2 1/2 year old knows what to expect. That way if there are melt downs, they are short lived.

Getting through a hectic morning is made easier by picking out clothes the night before, and finding a children’s program on TV to entertain the kids while I make their lunches.

In the morning I try to keep our routine the same. My friend just watched my kids for me while I was away and she couldn’t believe how they could basically get ready all by themselves!

To make my mornings less hectic I try and get everything ready the night before. I cannot function in the morning without coffee. I ran out one morning and didn’t know what to do!

I pack lunches, backpacks and set up my dinosaur coffee maker the night before. If I’m feeling really virtuous, I’ll even set out breakfast stuff!
