Jiffy Lube Maintenance Partners for Life

According to the American Heart Association, one in three women suffers some form of cardiovascular disease, and almost one woman dies every minute of this largely preventable disease.

Jiffy Lube is proud to continue its support of the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women® movement. In its third year, the Jiffy Lube Maintenance Partners for Life campaign aims to raise $1 million dollars between February 1 and March 14, 2010 to help fight heart disease.

You can support the cause at participating service centers with a donation of $3. In return for the donation, you’ll receive a savings book containing heart-healthy recipes, tips for living a healthier lifestyle, as well as $100 in Jiffy Lube savings.

To help spread the word about the Maintenance Partners for Life campaign, Jiffy Lube is giving three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers a Jiffy Lube savings book. They’re also giving three additional readers each a $35 Jiffy Lube gift card!

    I took the Go Red for Women assessment. Great tool! Results concluded I’m at low risk but I could lessen my risk by losing some weight. Cholesterol & blood pressure are in check.

    Took the Jiffy Lube check up. Another great tool! My car is fairly new so I didn’t worry too much but I scored a couple of minuses on the questions re: tire pressure. One of those things we shouldn’t overlook…but often do.

    The results showed me that I should increase HDL, total cholesterol is very low, and HDL is borderline high risk.

    That was interesting, I have very low risk in general. Could stand to loose some weight though! :)

    Just did the Jiffy Lube checkup, everything checks out with my car too! Good thing my husband is on top of things!

    I took the jiffy test…Am I suppossed to leave all of me comments here…It would take me all day to type what the test told me!!!
