Between camps, vacations and warm weather activities, summer is a busy time of the year for many families.     The last roadtrip I went on was this past weekend…I went to Atlanta, GA to spend the weekend with my best friends from High School. After living in Texas for the past few years, it’s nice to be in Tennessee and closer to all of my friends and family. Makes the drive totally worth it!

    Our last road trip was to Chicago in June!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our mini van…needless to say it was a little cramped :) We had a blast looking at the attractions along the way and then driving in Chicago was like a roller coaster ride all in itself. City driving is a lot different than the country life we are used to!! We visited some of the museums and ate some scrumptious Chicago style pizza. Can’t wait to go back :o)

    Last road trip was this past January …. the day before I gave birth via C-section, we drove to Atlanta to pick-up a really cool, used, cheap IKEA desk. Looks great in our home!!!

    Our last road trip was to Ohio to visit my brother-in-law. We also went to a huge airforce museum. Hopefully the next one will be longer and my 7 year old will last a little longer in the car.

    My families last road trip was a 3 1/2 hr drive to Grandma’s Cottage at the tip of the thumb here in Michigan. With my 10 yr old son & 8 yr old hollow-leg daughter. They wanted to stop at every fast food restaurant they saw!

    last road trip i went on was to my parents place. so we knew the way so the GPS wouldnt have been too useful, but the snacks would have been stellar!

    Our last roadtrip was to Detroit to my nieces Quinceanera on March 5th. It was a HORRIBLE Snow Storm. A 2 hour trip that took over 3 1/2 hrs. to get home in.
