We love peanut butter on a day-to-day basis, but when the holidays roll around, peanut butter doesn’t just spread between PB&Js. It becomes the star of several of our holiday baking traditions. Jif wants you to share what ways you incorporate peanut butter into your holiday baking and cooking in the Jif Holiday Spread Contest, which runs through January 17, 2011 for a chance to win a $10,000 kitchen makeover. Enter both savory and sweet dishes. Perhaps you have a killer Thai peanut sauce that you make for your annual New Year’s party, or maybe your peanut butter blossoms are so incredible that no other can compete.

    We do the basics with PB, we love our PB balls and PB cookies with kisses on top. My hubby also makes a great spicy PB sauce to dip various meats in.

    I’m a PB fanatic, so I use it in all sorts of things. For my yearly holiday party, I always have chicken satay with peanut sauce and peanut butter balls (or buckeyes as some call them). Just last night I made double peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies for my co-workers!

    Jif is the only brand I buy! I love to make peanut butter blossoms & peanut butter cookies with Reese’s cups inside. YUM!

    I add peanut butter to cookies for my husband and kids (as long as I don’t have to eat it… I can’t stand the stuff! LOL),
