Hain Celestial is an all-natural and organic company, representing food and personal care brands in that space. Some that may be familiar to you are Arrowhead Mills, Earth’s Best, Health Valley, and Celestial Seasonings, but there are many, many more.

This summer they’ve challenged families to Take a Healthy Bite and join the Family Fitness Fun Challenge where they can earn high value coupons by participating. The Take a Healthy Bite website also features activity, meal and snack ideas to keep you on track during the challenge. During the challenge, you can receive Sports Authority gift cards by purchasing Hain Celestial products. For every $10 in products, you’ll receive a $5 Sports Authority Gift Card, and for every $20 in products you purchase, you’ll receive a $10 gift card.

My family received a very generous package of Hain Celestial brands to try, and I was excited to find some new products that my kids really enjoyed. They gobbled up the Garden of Eatin’ Popped Chips before I even had a chance to taste them! And my four-year-old is now an almond milk convert after trying the Almond Dream — she asks for it all the time.

    We exercise separately, the daughter at swim team, myself at home and the hubs whenever he can.

    Family activities include playing badminton, horseshoes and/or darts on the weekends. We also love tennis on the WII. I also walk the dog.

    I take long walks with my dog 6-7 days a week depending on my time. My son and his wife both work retail so their time off is usually different but they walk their dogs when they can. And we all hike if schedules meet up.

    I subscribe to the email, love it! My family is doing a lot of swimming this summer. DH and I both do weightlifting and cardio, trying to set a good example for the kiddos. :-)
