Friday night is pizza night around here. Some weeks it’s takeout, sometimes homemade, and sometimes frozen, but no matter how it arrives at the table, pizza night is a weekly Kuczykowski family ritual that we all look forward to.
Last week I served new Freschetta FlatBread pizzas as our entree. Freschetta was kind enough to send our family an awesome pizza kit which included free coupons to sample Freschetta pizza, along with a pizza stone, pizza cutter, and an oven mitt to make our kitchen feel like a real Italian pizzeria. I’ve been coveting a pizza stone for some time now, so I was especially excited to prepare our FlatBread pizza with it.
Our pizza tastes run from simple to more exotic, as can be expected in a large family, so we decided to taste test the 5-Cheese, Pepperoni, and Roasted Garlic & Spinach varieties. Of course the cheese got the thumbs up from the kids, pepperoni appealed to my husband, and I especially loved the garlic. But one thing we all agreed upon is that the thin and crispy flatbread crust was what really makes this pizza special.

Like you Pizza night is Friday night and depending on mom’s mood depends on what kinda of pizza we have! :) Sometimes it’s delivery, sometimes my 5 year old and I make it together, and sometimes it’s just a yummy frozen pizza! I’d like to win this because I’d love to have a pizza stone. I use a metal sheet now and i can’t stand it! Normally, after we eat (or during) we watch something off Netflix. A movie or TV show or we just listen to music and talk! :)

We get together one night a week and celebrate with pizza too! Our favorite is already prepared and ready to bake pizza from Papa Murphy’s. They send out regular coupons in our weekly newspaper and compared to the price of regular delivery or carryout pizza, it’s affordable for us and tastes amazing!
