I’ve been a fan of Dyson products for years now. Yes, many of their products do come with a price tag that’s a bit hard to swallow, but the quality, longevity, and warranty that comes with all Dyson products is pretty hard to beat. In fact, our new home has a central vacuum system, and I’ve never turned it on — that’s how much I love my Dyson!

The Dyson DC41 Animal is the latest in a long line of Dyson innovation. It takes all of the features that I love about my DC25 Ball All-Floors vacuum — maneuverability, strong suction, convenience, and more — and pushes them to the next level.

Some of my favorite improvements are the redesign of the push-button bin emptying and the mini turbine head that makes cleaning the upholstery, stairs and the car a breeze. What I really find fascinating is how they managed to cram even more of the extraneous parts into the ball itself, making it easier than ever to get into those tight spaces!

    An old, old, old Eureka that was my grandparents’ because it works better than the newer ones.

    I have a bissel vacum it is a canister vac that does not require bags. It clogs all of the time due to the animal, and human hair that is always on the floor being sucked up by the vac. Hoping for this one so that my floors are cleaner.

    Oue vacuum recently broke, so we have been using a broom and dustpan on the wood and tile floors and our shop vac from Sears on our carpet.

    Using a Kenmore canister vac- it works okay, but I’d love something that’s better with the pet hair!

    Currently we have a broken Kirby. We have been using a shop vac the last few weeks to only vaccum our dining room since we have been renovating prior to the Kirby breaking and the rest has not been done yet but needs to with pet hair, allergies, and asthma but the cord is too short.
