I’ve been a fan of Dyson products for years now. Yes, many of their products do come with a price tag that’s a bit hard to swallow, but the quality, longevity, and warranty that comes with all Dyson products is pretty hard to beat. In fact, our new home has a central vacuum system, and I’ve never turned it on — that’s how much I love my Dyson!

The Dyson DC41 Animal is the latest in a long line of Dyson innovation. It takes all of the features that I love about my DC25 Ball All-Floors vacuum — maneuverability, strong suction, convenience, and more — and pushes them to the next level.

Some of my favorite improvements are the redesign of the push-button bin emptying and the mini turbine head that makes cleaning the upholstery, stairs and the car a breeze. What I really find fascinating is how they managed to cram even more of the extraneous parts into the ball itself, making it easier than ever to get into those tight spaces!

    I have a 14 year old Hoover windtunnel that is on it’s way out!!!! I would love a Dyson, especially with a new puppy and baseball season coming our way!!! Love your blog!

    We have an 8 year old (I think) Dyson and the handle has broken (yet we’re still using it). Would be great if we could win a new one!!!

    I have a cheap Hoover that we bought when we were first married five years ago. It does the trick, but you have to clean the filter every time you use it if you want it to have any suction at all.

    I use a fairly new Eureka. It did a good job, but lately I’ve noticed the suction isn’t as strong as it used to be.

    I have and use the Bissell Pet hair one. We have two cats and lots of kitty hair. I would love a Dyson but they are out of our price range. Fingers crossed and hope to win. Thanks
