I’ve been a fan of Dyson products for years now. Yes, many of their products do come with a price tag that’s a bit hard to swallow, but the quality, longevity, and warranty that comes with all Dyson products is pretty hard to beat. In fact, our new home has a central vacuum system, and I’ve never turned it on — that’s how much I love my Dyson!

The Dyson DC41 Animal is the latest in a long line of Dyson innovation. It takes all of the features that I love about my DC25 Ball All-Floors vacuum — maneuverability, strong suction, convenience, and more — and pushes them to the next level.

Some of my favorite improvements are the redesign of the push-button bin emptying and the mini turbine head that makes cleaning the upholstery, stairs and the car a breeze. What I really find fascinating is how they managed to cram even more of the extraneous parts into the ball itself, making it easier than ever to get into those tight spaces!

    I use a kenmore canister vacuum. Its only 4 years old, but I use it so much that I’ve had to duct tape the thing together in two different places just so that I can continue to use it!

    We have a Dyson Animal that is every bit of 10 years old. Bought from Amazon (no sales tax + free shipping) and it was a great investment! Highly recommended!

    I have a Bissel that clinks and clanks and does not like to pick up anything espicially hair!

    I use a Dyson Animal right now, but it’s not a ball. I’d love to move the old one to the office & have a new one for home!

    I use an old Kirby and it sucks up well but it is so hard to maneuver and is so heavy. I had a hard time when I was pregnant and doing the stairs is such a pain. Sometimes it doesn’t get all the hair off the stairs so I have to keep duct tape on hand LOL!

    I have the original Dyson. I bought it when I worked at Sears putting myself through college. We just adopted a puppy from the shelter so this would be an amazing upgrade! Dying to try to “ball” version!! Love DSM!
