I’ve always been intrigued by mineral salt deodorants, but I’ve never worked up the nerve to actually try these products. I assumed they would be messy or not very effective, so I was very curious when I received these Crystal Essence Body Deodorants to try.

I was surprised to see the roll-on applicator as I haven’t used a roll-on deodorant since probably middle school, but I followed the application instructions. I found the scents to be very light and pleasant, and they really do keep me odor free all day long. Going without an antiperspirant is definitely something that will take some getting used to, but I will say that Crystal Essence Body Deodorants met or exceeded any expectations I had based on the features they advertise.

    I’m a night-before clinical anti-perspirant kind of girl right now, but sometimes I worry about the health effects of that and have been meaning to try a crystal stick for a while now. I’m always nervous about going just deodorant in summer, but now that it’s cooling down what a great time to try it out!
