I’ve always been intrigued by mineral salt deodorants, but I’ve never worked up the nerve to actually try these products. I assumed they would be messy or not very effective, so I was very curious when I received these Crystal Essence Body Deodorants to try.

I was surprised to see the roll-on applicator as I haven’t used a roll-on deodorant since probably middle school, but I followed the application instructions. I found the scents to be very light and pleasant, and they really do keep me odor free all day long. Going without an antiperspirant is definitely something that will take some getting used to, but I will say that Crystal Essence Body Deodorants met or exceeded any expectations I had based on the features they advertise.

    I do have concerns using aluminum deodorants and would consider switching. Roll ons, I agree, would take some getting used to.

    I use a natural deodorant most of the time but use an antiperspirant if I don’t want to risk getting sweaty and stinky (like a date).

    I use antiperspirant, but trying to avoid the chemicals for my 11 year old. This would be perfect for her!
