July 7, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

BusyBodyBook Organizer
Keeping track of 5 kids’ schoolwork, sports schedules, and other family activities is difficult. My Google Calendar works wonderfully for most events, but sometimes I need the flexibility of paper for keeping track of appointments and to-dos.

I’m really excited to start the school year off with my new BusyBodyBook Personal & Family Grid Organizer. The layout is perfect for my needs, and it has five columns, one for each child! Plus there are lots of little extras inside that will make staying organized easy.

Features include:

  • Planning calendar for birthdays and anniversaries
  • Another planner for next year’s appointments and occasions
  • Full page month-at-a-glance calendars
  • Perforated shopping list pages
  • Important contacts pages
  • 2 large inside cover pockets
  • A bookmark to save your place
  • Protective clear plastic front and back covers

Give grid planning a try yourself with the BusyBodyBook Weekly Grid Sample Pages!

I am actually sitting here right now TRYING to organize all of my papers, kids’ papers, household papers… ARGHHHHH!

I would use them to keep track of everyone’s stuff and try and get organized to stay organized. Things like, appointments, practice/game schedules, school assignments due… and keep receipts in one place.

I need an organizer because both of my kids have school/sports/activity schedules, I have appointments to keep track of for myself, spouse, both kids AND my dad who lives across the street and shares a vehicle/driver duties with me. Plus we’re thinking of homeschooling in a year or two, and if we do I’ll need to be organized before then and continue to be organized. I need to start now.

I have 3 kids so i would use it for doctor and dentist appointments for them and myself. My oldest is starting school this year so it would really come in handy for school activities. I try to be as organized as possible when it comes to bills and such, because like most people we live on a tight budget, so I would definately use it for budgeting. There are a ton of things that I could use it for.

Seroiusly, only 36 comments…shhhhhh…I would use this organizer to organize my life as a mom of a new high schooler, a middle schooler, and 2 elementary schoolers (I know, that’s not a word), the new PTO president (that’s me too), new disability claims adjudicator job (me again) and wife. Yea, I could use some organizing. Thanks so much Tara for all you do. You make my life easier 150%. Maureen

I would use it to organize my school work, appointments, activities for my son, and what my husband has scheduled. My baby boy starts kindergarten in a few weeks so I know his column will begin to be quite active.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
