Win-It Wednesday: Boudreaux’s Butt Paste Prize Pack and $100 Babies ‘R’ Us Gift Card!

April 7, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. All opinions are 100% mine.

The following review is from the Deal Seeking Mom project administrator, Mandi Ehman:

With four little ones, we’ve had at least one (and often two) in diapers for the past five-and-a-half years. Although we thankfully haven’t dealt with diaper rash too often during that time, my two-year-old has “toddler diarrhea” (sounds fun, doesn’t it?), and we’ve definitely been dealing with it more often over the past six months than the rest of our tenure as parents.

I was excited to try Boudreaux’s Butt Paste this week, especially the new All Natural formulation.
The Boudreaux products rank fairly well on the Skin Deep cosmetic safety rating scale already, but the All Natural formulation goes even further, replacing the boric acid in the original formulation with beeswax, carnauba wax, hydrogenated castor oil and aloe vera.

The All Natural ointment and skin protectant rubs in clear, and I think it would also provide a wonderful layer of protection on my girls’ faces against the winter wind that usually leaves them chapped.

As for my two-year-old, she refers to the tube of Butt Paste as “my cream”, and insists I put it on with each diaper change. We haven’t had any more diaper rashes over the past couple of days, which is saying something with a little girl who refuses to tell us when she needs her diaper changed!

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win (3) 2-oz. tubes of Boudreaux’s Original Butt Paste, (3) 2-oz. tubes of Boudreaux’s All Natural Butt Paste, (3) 2-oz. cans of Boudreaux’s Butt Protector Spray, and a $100 gift card to Babies ‘R’ Us (courtesy of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste)!

To enter, tell me which product(s) you use to soothe diaper rash on your little one.

At first I laughed at the name of the product. But I was totally amazed when I had to use it for my grandson’s butt. It was fantastic!! Never judge a product by its name.

I have a 4 week old, so we’re new to the diaper rash realm. We were given so many different kids of diaper rash cream as gifts that we haven’t tried the Butt Paste yet. A week ago our son had a very red little bottom and it was suggested to us to try Triple Paste (found at Target). We used it and it was cleared up in a day. We use Desitin when his bottom is just a little red, and we save the Triple Paste for when it gets worse.

I have only used Desitin on my girls, but I have a few friends who swear by Butt Paste! Guess I should give it a try. :)

Boudreaux Butt Paste came to my attention on the Oprah Winfrey show. I have tried it and my daughter in law tried it on her babies and it worked wonderfully. Great product.

I always use Desitin on my 11 month old. Luckily he has had hardly any diaper rashes yet, but now he is starting to experiment with more solids, his skin is getting a little bit more sensitive in the diaper area!!!

On my youngest son the only cream that works really well is the but paste…it clears his diaper rashes up in to time. We love the butt paste!

I don’t have any kids yet but my friend just had a new baby 5 weeks early and had nothing ready as she had the baby the week the shower was supposed to happen. I would love to give her this, if I win, to help her out with one less thing to worry about! I have several friends that LOVE Butt Paste!

My newborn granddaughter has been battling diaper rash from day one. We prefer Boudreauxs over Desitin but finally had to resort to Neosporin to heal the severe spots.l

I am a first time mommy to an 8 week old baby girl. From the moment my husband and I took her home from the hospital she had a severe diaper rash.. After reading many reviews online, we decided to give Boudreaux’s Butt-Paste a try. It took just a few diaper changes and the rash was gone!! We use the butt paste with EVERY diaper change to prevent any rashes, and we absolutely love it! Her bottom is so clean and smooth, I refuse to try any other cream. We are almost done with the 16oz tub! I do wish to find some coupons in the future for Boudreaux’s butt-paste, it is the one product I have recommended to other first-time mommies (along with Dreft laundry detergent ) .

I have been using Desitin for the first couple of months, then I switched to Boudreaux’s Buttpaste to give it a try. I still use Desitin for most diaper changes, but when I see my daughter starting to get mild redness, I use Boudreaux’s Buttpaste right away. I haven’t tried the green all natural one yet. But I do have it so when I finish using the original, I will be trying the all natural one. My daughter likes Boudreaux’s Buttpaste so far, and her comfort is very important to me.

My mother has a daycare and she has had us hooked un Destin every since our son was born three years ago. We just haven’t really tried anything else sice we haven’t had any problems with how fast the Destin clears up diaper rash.

My two year old daughter only gets diaper rash when she is teething and then it is super diaper rash. The Butt Paste has been the best thing that I have found that clears it up quickly. I would buy it more often, but it is expensive. Desitin is our second choice.

I started using Butt Paste when my six year old was a new born. I have used it for all three of my children and I Love It!! It is the absolute best thing for diaper rash. Once you try it you will never use anything else. Love the name too!! :-)

I have used Johnson’s and Desitin. I like Desitin because of the thickness -it coats the tender areas better than the Johnson’s in my opinion. But I don’t care for the scent of Desitin. I would really like to give the Butt Paste a shot, and what better way than to get to try it free (hopefully). :-)

As an expecting mom, I have only purchased Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. All of my friends and family members with young children swear by it, in fact no one has recommended anything else. I expect it to be a great product to help soothe my little one when diaper rash, and other skin drying conditions occur.

I use pretty much anything on my oldest daughter, however Method worked well. I haven’t had to use anything on my twins yet, but I do have Butt’s all natural and will use it!

For everyday use we use The green tube, the natural butt paste! I love the smell! If he has a bad rash we use triple paste. We do love Boudreaux!

I have a 5 year old now, but when he was little and would constantly get diaper rashes, I tried every product I could think of and Boudreaux Butt Paste worked the best! I now recommend it to every new mom I know and buy a ton of it when I go to baby showers. Now that I am pregnant again, I know I will only use the Butt Paste!

I use vaseline at almost every diaper change. When there’s some redness I use Desitin. I’ve heard how great this product is, but I haven’t tried it yet.

Butt Paste is the only cream I use! It is like magic on a poor baby’s hurtin’ bum.
