Win-It Wednesday: $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree + FREE Shipping!

August 25, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of LNT.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you had $500 to spend at Linens ‘N Things, where would you start? Me, I’d probably go straight for a nice sheet set. Sheets are one of those items that I don’t replace nearly as often as I should, and treating myself to a luxurious thread count would be divine. Then, because I love to cook, I’d head straight for the kitchen textiles, stocking up on new dishtowels and napkins and all those other things that five kids tend to stain with their spills and random sticky fingers, but that I avoid replacing for far too long.

The new Linens ‘N Things carries a huge range of products, including baby gear to furniture and even scrapbooking supplies! I was amazed at the breadth of products they had available, and I now have a new place to look for Halloween costumes for my kids. With hundreds of items marked down and a huge selection to choose from, I’ll definitely be checking here often for all the household essentials I need.

***Before the end of the month you can save $10 off $50 when you use coupon code AUGWHITE2010 at checkout and take advantage of the $0.99 flat-rate shipping going on now.*** Then, through 9/15 you can get FREE shipping when you use coupon code LNTFREE at checkout! This offer can’t be stacked with other offers, but it can be used with their fabulous sale prices and clearance section.

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a $500 Linens ‘N Things Shopping Spree with FREE Shipping!

To enter, tell me what you would get with a $500 Shopping Spree to Linens ‘N Things.

I would start by buying a new dinnerware set for our kitchen. One of bowls was broke long ago. One of our bowls has a crack that has slowly been going (and which I know isn’t safe). Several of our plates have chips. Then I would replace our cookie sheets because they have been rusted for a while. I would buy new curtains and blinds because I still have replaced ours like I promised myself I would seven years ago when we bought our house. If I had any money left, I would buy some new over mitts because we only have one that still protects.

Oh, where to begin?! New sheets and a duvet or comforter set for my bed, curtains for each room in my house (windows currently unadorned), new towels for each bathroom (to replace my 11 year old towels received as wedding gifts) lol, new kitchen towels, and a wok…I’ve always wanted one! Fun, fun!! :-)

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
