    We do have a coin & small bills jar, though we mostly use plastic to avoid losing money accidentally. We use the coins & bills for things like stamp purchases. We almost never count the money because the bills get taken out on regular basis.

    We keep a coin jar & every year when we go on vacation we cash it out at #coin star & the kids split the $ for their spending money on vacation

    I have a piggy bank that is enormous! I don’t count it – I just toss coins in when I think of it (or when my pocketbook is getting WAY too heavy – LOL)
